Position: Chess Partner
Volunteer will befriend and play chess with Resident of a long term care facility. You must commit to the end of the school year as a minimum. We hope you will stay longer! Volunteer can come after school or work, weekdays or weekends. Time is very flexible.
You must know how to play chess. You can be very experienced or be willing to learn more advanced techniques as the gentleman requesting a partner is an expert and enjoys teaching as well.
